We are proud to provide you high quality and faithful images of the samples for sale, but at the same time we are conscious that any image, even with an accurate description can’t substitute a personal examination of a specimen before deciding of purchasing it.
Our aim is to satisfy you, that’s why, after you have received and carefully examined the sample, you can decide to accept or to return it .
We will accept the return on the following conditions:

1) Your decision must be communicated by email within seven calendar
days from receipt and if possible, indicating the reasons why the
sample is returned.

2) The sample must be shipped back under purchaser’s responsibility and
cost , with the same shipping system used for the first delivery.

The full cost of the returned sample will be refunded to the client as soon as the sample is received in good condition.
