Shipping and shipping charges.
All the prices in our web site are in Euro ( € ) and if not otherwise specified do not include shipping cost.
Parcels not exceding the 2,000 g weight will be regularly shipped via registered mail, charging the actual postage fee plus 5.00 € per sample, special conditions could be applied for the purchase of many samples or of high price specimens.
Samples or parcels weighing more than 2.0 Kg will be shipped via express courier and shipping costs will be indicated in the description of the sample or agreed with the purchaser. The purchaser will be free of indicating a preferred shipping system for samples or parcels of any weight and, in such a case, the actual shippment fee plus 5.00 $ per sample will be charged.

For fragile sample with risk of damage during shipping we use a courier (EMAIL BOX) that, with rates not significantly different, allows an insurance for total or partial damage during shipping. They take care of packing the sample under my supervision and charge for this service and insurance 10.00 € plus 1.5 % of the declared value.
